Cancellation fees
Terms and conditions of booking an appointment with West32 are that we may charge:-
A late cancellation fee of a min of 50% up to 100% of the total cost of the service will be incurred if less than 96 hours notice is received by us.

Do not call the salon landline and leave a message as we may not receive it in time.
The salon only opens Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
Booking fees for appointments
All new clients are required to pay a non refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost of the service at the time of booking.
Consultations are FREE but we do require a £20 booking fee to secure the FREE appointment, this will be deducted from your first service charge.
Booking fee may be transferred if we are given a min of 96 hours notice.
Hair Systems
All our hair replacement systems do not come with a guarantee, therefore no refunds or replacements will be given. We can return a system to our suppliers; this will be at your cost, but we can not guarantee they will offer a replacement. In all incidences you must inform us of any issues you experience.
Polite Notice re Children
Unfortunately we have had a couple of incidents where children have been running around the salon resulting in things being broken and a child vomiting all over the salon floor.
Being parents ourselves we understand how hard it is to get time alone to attend appointments, but due to the salon being busy, it is just not a safe environment for children.
Our salon is not child-proof, we have sharp instruments, hot styling tools and chemicals.
We also understand you can not predict that your child will be unwell.
Therefore we politely ask that you do not bring children to your appointment, this is for their safety as well as ours and sadly our insurance won’t cover if anything were to happen.
